Ambat is born in Alghero from Vermentino white grapes, the most representative of Sardinia, with a sapid and fruity expression.

Ambat Vermentino di Sardegna DOC. A greatly structured wine, influenced by the salt brought by the wind over to the vineyards. To the eyes it has an intense straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. To the nose we perceive hints of white flowers and exotic fruits, white almond and anise, sapid and marine, with a stretched finale, sparkling and passionate. Ideal to accompany seafood crudités, fish roe filet, and aromatic dishes.
