Montessu Isola dei Nuraghi IGT. To the eyes it has a ruby red colour, it scents have an intense fruity recall that ends with a liquorice hint. An elegant wine that keeps a good voluminosity in the mouth. Its full taste develops notes of minerality and softness with prevalent fruity sensations on elegant aromas of capers, rosemary and pepper with a velvety finale. Ideal to be drunk during the meal, maybe to accompany roasted or grilled meats, but also typical Sardinian cold cuts and cheeses.
