A vigorous spirit, slightly aromatized by the wild fennel and the infusion of the lemon zests, following an ancient recipe kept through the years by the House Zedda Piras.

The name Filu ‘e Ferru comes from the habit of the Sardinian undercover distillers of burying flasks and alembic stills underground, making pop up only a metal wire in order to find the goods once the police patrol passed. Perfect at the end of the meal, to be drunk at room temperature.
