One of the most interesting and particular autochthonous vines of Sardinia. An important wine, with great structure and an intense bouquet that ranges from a light initial note of boisé to elegant hints of Mediterranean scrub and spices, with a finish of ripe cherry and tobacco, ethereal. In the mouth it shows a marked acidity but not aggressive, followed by an elegant salinity and a slight tannins, good persistence in the mouth, the retrolfattive sensations recall the orthonasal notes. Excellent in combination with red meats and semi-processed cheeses.
