From Vermentino grapes in purity and grown in the North of Sardinia, we obtain this spumante wine, deemed as an excellence from the renowned Cantina Gallura.

The effervescence is achieved with the charmat method, the Gallura Brut DOCG presents itself with a white and creamy foam, with a continuous and fine perlage. It is characterized by a vivid straw-yellow colour and a delicate floral perfume from the Mediterranean shrub. It is sapid and mineral in the mouth, with an enveloping freshness that recalls the scents and the tastes of the Sardinian Island. Perfect to accompany appetizers, delicate first courses, sea food, and it is ideal as an aperitif.
