Sardinian Gin, a distillate obtained from the infusion of wild Sardinian juniper in cereal alcohol.

A slow artisanal distillation, by steam boiler and copper alembic still with discontinuous method for about ten hours. The result is a clean, clear and limpid gin that leaves to the nose the perfume of juniper berries, its resin, the citrusy and sensational notes of Mediterranean shrub. It has an oily a persistent taste to the palate, but at the same time it presents itself as soft and delicate. It is the representation of the forces of nature of Sardinia.
