Obtained from young Vermentino grapes in purity grown in the North of Sardinia, it is the youngest white wine produced by the acclaimed Capichera Winery.
Morning dew is the direct translation of the word “Lintóri”. The name itself wants to narrate this wine, obtained from the grapes of the youngest vineyards. It teases the palate with its fruity and fresh taste, featured by citrusy and mineral notes with a pleasant and balanced finale. It is accompanied by a typical straw-yellow colour with bright greenish hues and a fragrant and strong perfume, that recalls lychee, ananas, apples and aromatic herbs. It goes well with appetizers and seafood dishes or to accompany an elegant aperitif.
