Made exclusively from Muscat grapes, Passito comes from the most southern vineyards of the island, those that from the limestone and marly plains of Cagliari look to the sea, and that are grazed is therefore of the great minerality of the soils, fresh and salt-rich breezes blowing from the waves.

Colour: intense golden yellow, tending to amber.

Bouquet: rich and complex, very aromatic, nose expresses and aroma of passionate acacia flowers, apricot jam, candied citrus fruit and notes of sweet vanillaand spice for the finish.

Flavour: silky smooth, soft, sumptuous and full bodied. A good sapidity balances the weet sensations and offers the taster long-lasting finish of dried fruit, apricot, small roasted fruits and delicate spices.
