A Red Romangia IGT wine from the Badde Nigolosu vineyard. Ottomarzo is the wine that Alessandro Dettori dedicates to his grandfather, that was indeed born on the eighth of March. In the glass it has a ruby red colour, that has not been neither filtrated nor purified. In the nose it is harmonic with hints of ripe cherries and white pepper, spices. To the palate it has a tannic structure and a spiced finale. Ideal to drink with important red roasted meats, play, mature and spicy cheeses. It is a meditation wine.
