Cannonau di Sardegna with Protected Geographical Indication. In the glass it has an intense ruby red colour; at the nose it is elegant with a pleasant fruity recall. In the mouth it is warm, rounded, with a good structure and a good balance. Ideal to accompany structured first and second courses, both of the Sardinian tradition and not, savoury meat and vegetable dishes and semi-mature and mature cheeses.
