Cannonau di Sardegna with Denomination of Controlled Origin, it preserves the taste of an emotion that has to be shared with the friends of a lifetime. In the glass it has a charged ruby red colour that tends more and more to a maroon colour while maturing. Its scent is intense and elegant with ample notes of balsamic red fruits, its finale has myrtle and Mediterranean shrub recalls. Its sip is strong, persistent in its fruity notes, rich in enveloping and polished tannins. Ideal with reasted meats and meat first courses, to be tried also with seafood dishes.
