From local Carignano grapes bush-trained still ungrafted grown, on the South Coast of Sulcis, it comes this excellent and awarded red wine.

The Carignano del Sulcis Riserva DOC is a red wine aged for 10 months in barrels of French durmast, the wine is of a compact ruby red colour to the eyes; to the nose we perceive intense notes of blackberries, blueberries, vanilla, myrtle, leather and liquorice. To the palate it has an ample and velvety taste, structured and persistent. It goes perfectly well with red meat, boar meat, reasted pork and mature pecorino cheese. In the magnum version it comes with its original wooden box.
