Vermentino Dettori IGP produced with artisanal methods and matured for a few months in concrete tanks. A wine with an articulate perfume that recalls persistent fruity notes, from cherries in alcohol and dry figs, to mature fruits. At first sip it is tannic, balancing between sweet and sour, persistent in its finale. To the eyes it has a yellow amber colour and it is ideal to accompany risottos with meat, mushroom risottos, vegetable sauces, fried fish and cheeses.
