KARAGNANJ is Tondini’s signature Vermentino, produced in the granite hills of Alta Gallura. Dry and harmonious, it offers aromas of ripe yellow fruit and Mediterranean scrub.

Vermentino di Gallura D.O.C.G. Superiore, produced in San Leonardo, in the municipality of Calangianus, Sardinia, from 100% Vermentino grapes grown on sandy soils of granite decomposition.

It has a bright straw-yellow colour, with enveloping aromas of ripe yellow fruit and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is soft, balanced and persistent, with a pleasantly harmonious finish.

The winemaking process includes pre-fermentation skin maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by ageing in stainless steel tanks.

Best served at 12–13°C, it pairs beautifully with fine seafood cuisine, soups and white meats.
