Shar is a white wine obtained from Vermentino grapes coming from three plots of land from the North of Sardinia. Fermented in steel, its structure and its elegant pattern accompany a balanced acidity. At the nose one perceives floral scent of Wild Rose, Sea Lily and Helichrysum; meanwhile in the mouth it turns out to be sweet with floral and fruity notes of Loquat, Cardoon Honey, Carissa and Lychee.
